Renovation and addition of construction of a 4-room housing unit. The single-level unit is being transformed into a 6-room duplex unit, with an area of ​​170 square meters, in a roof-roof structure.

The customers wanted to expand the existing area of ​​the lower floor to the maximum, add a storage room and a room on the roof and thus exhaust the valid building rights that apply to the lot.

The planning is done with the needs of the customers in mind at the current stage when they enter the apartment and with the expansion of the family unit. In project planning, there is an attempt to combine planning flexibility, functional thinking and aesthetic vision.
