An urban center that allows meeting places and combines different uses: municipal offices alongside commerce and community services. When one of them is a transition structure from the main street to the main extension.

Planning principles:

1) An attempt was made to build an urban wall along a central axis, Sderot HaTamarim Street, thus redefining meeting places along this axis. When one of them is the municipal compound.

2) The configuration of the placement of the buildings in the complex defines the public space that is created between the buildings. An urban meeting place, a public plaza, which includes places to stay, seating areas and a stage for performances.

3) The building that sits along Palm Street, plays an important role. Beyond being an adjacent wall that accompanies the street, it is also the first building that is encountered at the entrance to the complex and serves as a passage structure. Through it, pass from the main street, Sderot HaTamarim, to the main extension of the complex. Positioning it parallel to the south, produces a shadow on an extension that also serves as a meeting place. In this building, which serves as a gate structure, an architectural language was also developed that draws its inspiration from the local landscape, the Eilat and Edom mountains, and it was also proposed to use local stone construction. In addition, the cube structure, covered with lightweight aluminum is environmentally friendly, with a shading element.
