The topographic terrain conditions dictated an engineering complexity, which includes creative solutions such as: space development and an impressive entrance, a slope apartment, robotic parking planning and the addition of warehouses within the plot area. All this taking into account the existing condition of the building. The consideration for the existing apartments includes balconies and security rooms, upgrading of the main lobby and common areas. The addition is planned as a direct continuation of the existing structure and thus produces a planning uniformity between the existing situation and the proposed situation.
